Please join us as we welcome Dr. Kristin Backstrom as she provides us with information about Managing gender bias in the workplace.  Unintentional gender bias can deter women from seeking employment in various sectors, at particular companies, and in pursuit of leadership.  Learn why bias and stereotyping persist, how to identify gender bias within your own company, and strategies to build opportunities for women to thrive.
