Please join us as we welcome Patricia Minor, a Business Etiquette Consultant with the Etiquette School of Maryland. We are looking forward to the opportunity to learn what etiquette is and why business etiquette training is so valuable for companies and individuals.  

About the speaker:

Patricia Minor, Business Etiquette Consultant, graduated from the prestigious Emily Post Institute.  She also trained and graduated from The Protocol School of Washington, the first and only accredited business etiquette and protocol school in the nation to be recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.  She has earned the highest certifications in the etiquette and protocol industry. With an extensive background in diversity education and cross-cultural corporate training, she provides the most contemporary, universally business etiquette training for today’s competitive marketplace.  Ms. Minor is the owner and director of the Etiquette School of Maryland located in downtown Columbia.
