About our speaker:

Rachel is a catalyst who releases possibilities in people and organizations. As a nationally recognized expert and influencer in the area of organizational culture and wellbeing, she brings more than a decade of experience in designing and implementing award-winning culture and wellbeing strategies. With a refreshing approach and captivating and inviting style, Rachel offers innovative, evidence-based strategies to help organizations engage their employees in meaningful ways, so they can become employers of choice. She was named the #1 Health Promotion Professional in the U.S. by the Wellness Council of America in 2015 and among the top 10 in 2017 and is part of several national think tanks focused on rehumanizing the workplace. Rachel is a Licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Consultant, a Safe Conversations Facilitator, and a Wellness Culture Coach. She holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is the writer of the blog, Rachel’s Nourishing Kitchen. She resides in Lutherville, Maryland with her husband and college sweetheart, Bill, and loves writing, dancing, cooking and traveling.
