2018 has come to an end. Celebrate a great year ending with a new one on the horizon by joining us at our last meeting of the year! This meeting will include, in addition to our speaker, elections for our incoming Board of Directors AND... UGLY SWEATERS! We would love for you to join us and spread holiday cheer by wearing your ugliest sweater. We hope to see everyone on December 20th!

As a nationally recognized expert and thought leader in the area of organizational culture and wellbeing, she brings over a decade of experience working with HR professionals, their leadership teams and employees. Her approach is refreshing and her style captivating, marked by a combination of storytelling, statistics and an ability to authentically connect. In her work, Rachel marries her background in behavior change and psychology with her training as a Licensed Thriving Workplace Culture Coach and Health Coach to offer practical, actionable strategies to invest in ourselves and those we serve. Having experienced her own struggle with burnout, she shares what she has learned through her journey and links it to the latest research and evidence-based practices to reduce burnout in the workplace.
