Today, many companies invest in measuring employee engagement, but very few have a true understanding of how engagement really impacts their business. In some cases, the “engagement” surveys they use are not even really measuring engagement. Join us for a discussion on the newest approach to properly quantifying engagement, and how engagement matters to the bottom line. Finally, the presentation will consider and answer a very important question:  “Is engagement as good as it gets, or is there another workforce metric that is even more promising?”

Please join us to learn about:

  • the curious evolution of engagement metrics
  • how to properly measure engagement in today’s workplace
  • the return on investment for building engagement
  • workplace experience that most promote engagement
  • the pioneering future metric that may replace engagement
