About our program:
Your Voice Matters: Elevating the Voice of HR to Advance Policies that Improve Lives, Livelihoods & Futures
Your voice matters. It is the responsibility of workplace leaders to provide expertise and elevate their voices as issues are being debated locally and nationally that impact people at work and ultimately at home. SHRM’s 300,000 members are uniquely positioned to lead critical discussions that can shape internal and external policies at work and within society at large. SHRM’s Head of Government Affairs will explain how the organization is providing the tools and resources for HR professionals to be the voice that improves lives, livelihoods and futures.
