SHRM Howard County holds monthly chapter meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month except for January and June. In January and June we host a Happy Hour for the chapter at a local restaurant.

2026 Sponsorship Options

    Annual Sponsor – There are only 10 Annual Sponsorships Available!

    This sponsorship is $1,000 for the 2026 calendar year and the following are the benefits:

    • Up to 2 Professional/Associate Annual Membership Dues. 
    • Complimentary attendance for 2 persons to every monthly chapter meeting.
    • Company logo prominently displayed on the:
      • Chapter's website home page, and 
      • Chapter's scrolling PowerPoint for every chapter meeting.
    • Highlighted at 2 pre-determined chapter meetings during the annual sponsorship period. Monthly meetings will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • Company spokesperson will be given 5-minutes to present to the chapter. The presentation can be an overview of the services provided by the sponsor, a case study, testimonial from a client, or a pre-approved speaker on a relevant topic for the chapter. 
    • Provide company literature at the chapter meetings.
    • Social Media exposure on our LinkedIn site, Newsletter, Website, chapter PowerPoint meeting, and podium exposure at every chapter meeting.
    • SHRM and HCI CE credit.

    Happy Hour Sponsor

    This sponsorship is $500 and the following are the benefits:

    • Highlighted at the Happy Hour and given a maximum of 5 minutes to present to the group on your company. 
      • The presentation can be an overview of the services provided by the sponsor, a case study, testimonial from a client, or a pre-approved speaker on a relevant topic for the chapter.
    • Provide company literature at the evening event.
    • Social Media exposure throughout the month of the selected happy hour.
    • Provide company literature at the at the evening event.
    • Company Logo and information in the marketing material for the event.
